Popular American family-friendly restaurant, Texas Roadhouse opened an exciting beachfront location at the city’s newest hotspot, La Mer, Dubai. Combining authentic barbeque techniques with fresh ingredients and a selection of succulent cuts, this all-day dining destination offers a steakhouse-style menu with a Southern flair.

Enjoy made-to-order 100% halal hand-cut steaks, and delicious fall-off-the-bone ribs, complemented by made-from-scratch sides and freshly baked bread, these hearty meals cater to meat-lovers of all ages.

Upon entering the restaurant, the western interiors remind you of a Texan neighbourhood barbeque, with its wooden floors and tables, cacti and beautiful hangings. The ambiance at Texas Roadhouse boasts of southern fare- completely country; from the music, to the staff’s entertaining line-dancing routines every hour, on the hour, inside and outside.

We started off our traditional Texan experience with a big bucket of peanuts alongside warm, home baked bead rolls with a pot of silky cinnamon butter, ready to melt in your mouth. What must be said, is that the menu is very impressive! It offers special ribs, the most flavourful ‘Bone-in Ribeye steak’, as well as steak Kebabs, Beef Brisket, with authentic sides, such as fried pickles, mashed potatoes, freshly made salads and combo appetizers, all made-to-order by Chef Brandon Everett, and his talented team. Make sure to keep room for the larger than life dreamy desserts with their iconic ‘big ol’ Brownie and Pistachio Caramel Crunch, it was spectacular.

All in all, it’s a cheerful atmosphere, and a family-friendly spot, with larger than life helpings and reasonably priced delicious offerings, with great views- Texas Roadhouse at La Mer has it all!
