This season, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong will welcome PAPINEE World, a whimsical voyage of discovery and inspiration, as the storytelling social enterprise takes over the hotel’s lobby with a multi-sensory exhibit for local and visiting guests of all ages. Known for its one-of-a-kind experiences, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong will also offer an enticing collection of customised family-friendly accommodation packages as well as a lavish festive stay in the Presidential Mandarin Suite.

In collaboration with PAPINEE and with support from the inimitable Hong Kong gallerist Pearl Lam, the hotel will welcome guests to take a momentary flight of fancy this season. Open to all from 29 November, 2016 to 6 January, 2017, the hotel’s lobby will combine a universe of creativity and art to become a fantasyland where guests are invited to journey into the sensory world through Trafalgar Square, London, the city of Paris, and the Japanese Gardens of Tokyo.

PAPINEE Christmas Holiday

Ideal for the young at heart, this package is the perfect getaway during the festive season. Valid from 1 December 2016 until 5 January 2017, the rate for a one-night stay starts from HKD4,399 plus 10% service charge and two-night stay rates start from HKD7,776 plus 10% service charge, with privileges including:

Countdown Package

This celebratory package is ideal for those who plan to welcome the New Year with a night of celebration in Hong Kong with spectacular views and a morning of gourmet decadence at one of our award-winning restaurants. Valid from 30 December 2016 to 2 January 2017, rate starts from HKD6,888 plus 10% service charge per night, with privileges including:

Minimum two-night stay in Statue Square View Room
A bottle of Ruinart Champagne and homemade chocolates
Daily breakfast for two at Clipper Lounge or Café Causette

Mandarin Suite Festive Package

This ultimate celebratory package allows guests to indulge in life’s finer moments with an opulent stay in the notable two-bedroom Presidential Mandarin Suite. The elevated experience in its prime location at the top of the hotel, boasts Hong Kong’s sparkling views of Victoria Harbour from the suite’s outdoor balcony. On New Year’s Eve, the suite is the perfect location to enjoy the city’s dramatic New Year’s Eve fireworks display at midnight.
