Love at first sight does exist and we have all experienced it in a store window.

It is inevitable. We see a beautiful garment, we want it, and we have it. But as in all relationships, this is just the beginning. What you have in your hands is not only a dress, a pair of shoes or a beautiful bag, but rather a lifelong companion that enhances your way of feeling powerful, sophisticated and elegant.

When we see fashion products in this way, we value everything behind it. The long production processes, the natural resources, the hands that manipulated the material, the patterns and details of a fashion piece are all part of a product’s history. This means that our closet is full of stories, and it is in our hands to keep these stories alive.

For them to prevail, we must first recognize what we have. Tailor and spruce up the pieces that you have forgotten, reinvent your outfits combining the old with the new, and if you think the relationship has run its course, think about giving them a second life in the hands of someone new. Caring for and loving our clothes is important, being friendly with our planet and believing in second chances is essential.
