Ramusake: An Evening of Music, Art and Fashion
Ramusake has ramped up its renowned ladies’ night, to a whole new level. The fun, fashionable and flawless night, is definitely one of the city’s favourite Japanese hangouts, which now throws bimonthly parties for the ‘see and be seen’ of Dubai’s socialite crowd. ‘Miss Independent’ plays on Ramusake’s mix of passion points, by incorporating Art, Music and Fashion (with some Sake thrown in of course!).
For their first event, they transformed the look and feel of the venue by updating Derrick Santini’s acclaimed artwork. As an iconic name across the art, fashion and photography industries, Derrick’s talent has propelled him into shooting famed names and brands, creating unique and eye-catching pieces. These lenticular photographs reflect Ramusake’s urban and modern personality, which is why the “The Colours Of Love” and “Wild In The Wind” have been added to our collection.
Sharing-style dinner experience at ‘Miss Independent’ ladies’ night at Ramusake: Music, Art and Fashion.
The theme plays on the throwback to the 80’s and 90’s American street culture, as well as going back to basics with old school Hip-hop and R&B classics. The event fell during New York Fashion week, meaning a Influencer and DJ, Tala Samman, brought as current twist to the nostalgic evening with a fashionable flair for style, and a contemporary track list. The evening started with a cocktail sake reception, followed by a sharing-style dinner experience, and an all-night dancing affair, with ladies enjoying complimentary vino and sake-based cocktails.
A night combining Japanese fusion, old-school nostalgia, mixed with art and fashion proved to be an interesting combination, and event for the creative souls.
