How far would you go to change your life around?

Within our lives we look at trends and fashions and follow them, that’s okay. Here’s a gentle suggestion, why not follow your own trends, thoughts, feelings, fashion…Something that shows truly who you are?

 

 

Add a spark of individuality!

Maybe ask yourself…Why am I not giving myself full permission to be powerful, divine and magnetic?

 

What can I do to help change this?

For what it’s worth my suggestion is to set aside 20 minutes each day, just for you my beautiful friends, to meditate then write. To ask yourself the questions above and roll it around your mind, breathe and allow the answers to come to you.

 

Remember, it does not even need to make sense right now. Don’t worry about spelling or grammar, don’t censor what comes to mind, it could be a sentence, a paragraph, or five pages of thoughts, just allow yourself to write continuously.

 

 

The defining factor of who you are is the relationship with yourself. We define ourselves by so many material and status related elements, some change over time. Yet the relationship we have true influence over, is our own, so why not change it for the better?

 

Our relationship does not need to be dependent on another, it is ours! Sometimes friends have heard me open my heart to them, certainly many therapists and counselors. I consider myself valuable enough to have spent time and money on nurturing myself, I am worthy of that, and very grateful for those choices I made.

 

 

So how do you see yourself?

I believe if we don’t judge ourselves, we won’t judge others. When I feel good about myself, I don’t judge others. Likewise, when people are critical and have a negative mindset, it usually means they have these feelings towards themselves.

 

I’m here to change all that…

 

I facilitate something called groove, an interactive connective dance movement class, with lots of different genres of music, something for everyone. We unite to the rhythms, yet we put our own style on it. You can’t use the wrong foot, actually, you just can’t get it wrong. We also have a personal song and a stillness at the end of the class, it incorporates all the different wellness features plus it’s fun.

  1. You can’t get it wrong
  2. No one cares what you look like
  3. No one can do it for you
  4. You are unique, you should look different
  5. Practice, practice, practice, you understand something once you practice it
