If you are looking for a comfortable place in an excellent location in DIFC with a great lunch deal, look no further; Caramel Cafe is an excellent place to get your lunch break sorted in a tasteful yet affordable manner. We’ve tried the new Business Lunch, where one can choose a salad/starter followed by the main course. It must be noted that the choice is quite elaborate and you simply won’t go hungry.

I’ve opted for Crunchy Tuna Roll for a starter followed by a creamy Penne Alfredo. The sushi was absolutely scruptious and I didn’t even notice how quickly I finished them. With regards to the pasta- it was great, however, I found it very strange that when asked the waiter to give me some bread he informed me they did not serve bread.

Aside from that, Caramel is a great place to have a quick lunch at in between your meetings at DIFC; it’s got the three important things that make a restaurant good: location, food and service. Aside from the strange unavailability of bread, the whole Caramel lunch experience could be described as chilled out and pleasant.
