Al Tayer Motors, one of the UAE’s premier automobile dealerships, has opened its largest multi-purpose facility with 55,000 square metres built-up area over four levels, near the Dubai Police General Department of Traffic – Al Barsha branch.
The facility is being launched with a number of firsts to its credit:
Introduction of the Ford Approved and Lincoln Certified programmes in the UAE, through the largest pre-owned car showrooms for the brands in the Middle East.
The first dedicated Maserati Certified Pre-owned cars showroom in the Middle East.
The facility includes dedicated pre-owned car showrooms for Ford, Lincoln, Jaguar, Land Rover and Maserati; a new Ferrari and Maserati service centre, and central staff training academy.
The first dedicated Jaguar and Land Rover Approved cars showrooms in the GCC region, featuring the global ARCH retail standard. The ARCH showrooms are distinguished by a modern sunshine grey rectangular façade; clean, simple lines, and dedicated Jaguar and Land Rover showrooms on the left and right respectively. Every ARCH facility showcases the expanded Jaguar and Land Rover vehicle line-ups.
It is the first automotive facility in the UAE that will have a solar power generation system on its roof-top, capable of producing 660 Kilowatts of electricity. The system will be able to meet the power requirements of the facility, and has the potential to supply electricity back into the DEWA grid.

Al Tayer Motors’ pre-owned car sales have shown an annual average growth rate of more than 14 percent over the past five years, and are estimated to grow even further over the next year, with the opening of this facility. The state-of-the-art complex, which offers a selection of more than 2,500 vehicles across five brands, includes a central training facility for the dealership.
Biggest Ferrari and Maserati Service centre in the Middle East
The facility features the biggest Ferrari and Maserati service centre in the Middle East, which has 36 service bays (18 each) to facilitate quicker turnaround times for customers, who can drive into the reception area for their service appointments. They will be provided with personalised attention by the after-sales team members.
First dedicated Certified Pre-owned Maserati showroom
Every car goes through a 190-point check, complete body re-conditioning, and will be fully serviced as per factory standards prior to being delivered to the customer. This ensures that the car is as good as new and capable of providing the same thrilling drive experience, which is the hallmark of every Maserati vehicle.
First dedicated Ford Approved showroom
Each vehicle undergoes a comprehensive 164-point check-up, and comes with a two-year service contract and warranty as well as a 30-day buy-back guarantee.
First dedicated Lincoln Certified showroom
Each vehicle undergoes a comprehensive 200-point premium inspection, and is available with a two-year service contract, Lincoln Certified warranty, Lincoln history guarantee as well as a 15-day exchange promise.
First dedicated Jaguar Approved ARCH showroom
Every Jaguar vehicle comes with a minimum two-year warranty, 24 months Jaguar roadside assistance, 165-point inspection, history and provenance checks as well as a professional road test assessment. All cars are reconditioned by Jaguar trained technicians using genuine parts.
First dedicated Land Rover Approved ARCH showroom
Every Land Rover vehicle comes with a minimum two-year Land Rover approved warranty, 24 months 24×7 roadside assistance, a rigorous 165-point mechanical, electrical and safety inspection. All cars are reconditioned by Land Rover trained technicians using the latest Land Rover technology and genuine parts. Vehicles will also have a certified kilometre check, a fully up-to-date service history and would have undergone a road test by Land Rover trained technicians.
