The hotel’s signature dining destination, J&G Steakhouse, continues to celebrate its culinary flair with the unveiling of its brand-new menu created by the newly appointment Head Chef, Diego Solis. The award-winning culinary brigade worked hard to bring about a creative and exciting new menu that brings together a selection of newly introduced mouth-watering beef creations, as well as some of the restaurant’s most celebrated signature dishes.

J&G Steakhouse continues to deliver innovation in every aspect of its culinary offering using the finest and freshest ingredients and offering a contemporary touch to the traditional steak house experience.  Renowned for its freshly grilled meat, J&G Steakhouse takes pride in its premium selection of seventeen types of steak, with a section of the menu dedicated to superior quality. All Wagyu beef served at J&G Steakhouse comes exclusively from a farm in Queensland, Australia, which specially breeds and produces a superior quality of beef for The St. Regis hotels worldwide. The flavour is further enhanced in the dry-aging cabinets, ensuring a succulent texture and delicious taste.

If you are not a steak lover, J&G also offers a diverse selection of delectable chicken, seafood and vegetarian options including; Lemon crusted halibut and the roasted corn fed chicken supreme.

Echoing the St. Regis’ sentiment of uncompromising luxury and service, the J&G Steakhouse cuisine is masterfully brought to life by its passionate teams led by newly appointed restaurant Manager Thor De Mendoza.  Expect nothing short of a fluid and engaging service at all times.

To complete the unique dining experience, there is also a number of steak-knives to choose from, each having a specific blade depending on your cut of choice, – with antique, Japanese and French to choose from. The culinary experience is also complemented by a range of unique sauces to choose from. The restaurant’s international beverage selection has been carefully curated, featuring a sophisticated selection of wines and handcrafted cocktails as well as international brews that complement the refined flavours of the cuisine.

J&G Steakhouse is located on the first floor of the The St. Regis Dubai, Al Habtoor City and is open, seven days a week from 6:30pm to 12am.
