Saturday Roast at Gaucho’s is an incredible way to wrap up the weekend. It is excellent for all the meat lovers out there. There are two options to choose from: The Roast and The Asado – a more Argentinian approach to a roast. We went with the second option which our server eloquently explained would be perfect for two people to share. While it does take a while to arrive, the food is definitely worth the wait. The roast included: rib-eye, top of the cuadril, Argentinian beef chorizo and half spatchcock chicken- all served with grilled tomatoes, fried eggs, portobello mushrooms and chimichurri.

Overall,the experience is definitely worth trying on an occasional Saturday to wrap up the weekend. The service at Gaucho’s is excellent, where the staff make sure to spend time to chat with the guests as well as are ready to recommend and answer the questions about the food. Five-star indeed.
