On October 21st, 11 am at the iconic resort on Palm Jumeirah, 10 chefs collaborated to create a large mango sticky rice, which Guinness World Records has just confirmed is officially the Largest Mango Sticky Rice dish ever made, weighing 2831 KGs.

The recipe for record-breaking success included 1,000 kgs of rice, 500 litres of coconut milk, 500 litres of coconut cream, 50 kgs of sugar, 300 kgs of mango and 3 litres of oil – all of which was sourced from local suppliers. The amazing chefs spent long hours preparing the traditional Thai desert, which ended as great treat for everyone.
