Net-A-Porter launches its first exclusive womenswear capsule collection with Burberry. The collection is inspired by Burberry’s September 2017 Collection, and is an eclectic mix of British iconic staples.

The capsule consists of fourteen pieces including delicate lace dresses and gowns, plastic waterproof outerwear, form-fitting jodhpur trousers and long tartan check skirts. The Burberry vintage-check, takes centre stage featured on the bomber as well as in coat linings. Tartan appears on skirts matched with homespun and hand-knitted patchworks of cable knits. Green faux fur and military style coats enhance the clash of textures and colours giving a modern urban aesthetic.

A palette features winter sorbet shades of pink, green and blue, with black, camel, red and navy notes. Fabrications include tartan and vintage check wool, Aran, Fair Isle and Argyle knits, plastic, faux fur, embroidered tulle and lace and seam-sealed gabardine.

A dedicated campaign by photographer Tom Craig, is inspired by the industrial North and a modern British youthfulness.

The collection will be available at Net-A-Porter from October 18th, 2017.
