This Ramadan, The Loft at Dubai Opera serves up a unique Arabian experience with its Gold and Honey Iftar.

In a mission to bring the most luxurious festive dining experience to the UAE, the striking venue is pushing boundaries with the addition of a suite of lavish touches and offerings to ensure this Iftar stands out from the crowd. Chef curated gourmet cuisine takes the usual ‘buffet’ experience to new heights. Showcasing a ‘connoisseurs’ perfume table of luxury Arabian Oud by leading oriental perfume house, Rasasi, elegantly hand-crafted 24-carat gold macarons for each guest, an evocative private dining space with bespoke service and live entertainment for all, the senses will be enthralled once the golden sun sets over the city of Dubai.

The Gold and Honey Iftar is a luxurious and immersive festive moment that will allow guests to break their fast in a captivating setting as the celebrated restaurant transforms into a splendid candle-lit Arabian experience. Visitors will dine lavishly from a medley of live cooking stations serving an extravagant spread of Levantine and Khaleeji favourites, signature modern European dishes inspired by Greek, Italian, Turkish, Algerian and Persian specialities. Guests are invited to sip on handcrafted mocktails and Ramadan inspired beverages, whilst listening to the captivating sounds of live entertainment. Group bookings enjoy an additional experience of traditional Henna artwork. All diners receive an exquisite edible gift of 24-carat golden ‘Arabesque Macarons d’Or’exclusively crafted by leading French restaurant La Serre.

Rasasi showcases its exquisite new Qasamat Bareeq scent, which is housed in a timeless elegant embellished bottle, topped with a gold cap and a playful tassel completing the design perfectly. During Ramadan, diners of the Iftar will have the opportunity to experience the scent amongst others from the brand.

Carlos Santos, Director of Operations at Lincoln Hospitality, the company that owns The Loft at Dubai Opera, says:

“We are extremely proud of our roof-top venue on top of the iconic Dubai Opera. Its stunning location, in the heart of Downtown Dubai, offers sweeping views of Burj Khalifa and the dancing Dubai fountains; a world-class location like no other. We have worked hard to ensure that the Gold & Honey Iftar breathes the values of the venue; luxurious interiors, captivating atmosphere, artistic gastronomy and first-class service, and that the experience lives on in their memories for years to come. The vast array of exclusive offerings like Oud sampling, gifting gold & hosting guests with the best on offer are typical examples of timeless Arabian hospitality, representing our wish to pay homage to the spirit of the UAE during the festive month with a brand that is rich in GCC heritage. We’d like to wish residents of the UAE Ramadam Kareem.”

For families and friends looking to truly capture the moment together with a secluded iftar experience, The Loft at Dubai Opera offers a private dining room with highly personalised service. A table that comfortably seats 10 is tucked away in a reserved room, staffed with a dedicated waiter who will serve gourmet delights directly to the table, allowing guests to enjoy even more special time with family and loved ones.
