As Linea Light Group continues its strive for success, at the lighting trade fair in the United Arab Emirates – Light Middle East, held in Dubai from 15th to 17th October – the Treviso-based company won two major awards with Fante, Stilnovo brand, and Reflexio, Ma&De brand.

The Gulf region represents one of the most appealing markets for the lighting industry. The United Arab Emirates are particularly active at designing and building large infrastructures, such as ports, stadiums, airports, residential complexes and tourism facilities. This is why Light Middle East – the annual lighting trade fair showcasing what’s new in professional and decorative solutions aimed at meeting the needs of architects and lighting designers – is a must-attend event for Linea Light Group.

As a matter of fact, Linea Light Group has been keenly focusing on the Middle East market, as proven by numerous innovative and ground-breaking lighting technique projects created by the Group. These projects include Bluewaters Island, also a winner of the Darc Award, Damac Paramount, the majestic 268-metre building in the Dubai business bay and the facade of Building 11 in the Gate Village in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the main international financial centre in the Middle East, Africa and the Southern Asia region.

Fante di Stilnovo – the brand that inaugurated decorative lighting in Italy in the 40s and recently acquired by Linea Light Group, scooped the product of the year award in the Decorative Table Lamp of the Year category; Reflexio, the 2018 winner of the prestigious IF Design Award, ranked at the top of the Decorative Wall Lighting Product of the Year category.

Besides these, we scooped other prestigious awards through some of the most important light design firms worldwide, such as Studio Neolight – winner of the Public Realm & Landscape Lighting Project of the Year through the Bluewaters Island a Dubai project – featuring numerous Linea Light Group solutions.

Last but not least, the novelty of the LME 2019 edition, i.e.the Read Steady Light competition meant for independent Lighting Designers. The winner concept featured various lighting technique products of the Treviso-based Group, including Archiline PRO (also a winner of the IF Design Award 2018), Xenia, Periskop, Dirigo and Ryo.
