1 – V-shape movement
Make a “V” with the index and middle ngers of each hand and bend the ngers. Glide ngers along the jawline, from chin to ears. Repeat 3 times.

2 – Lifting movement
Use ngertips to make energetic, smoothing strokes, alternating one hand after the other. Begin with the jawline, then the cheek- bone, temple and nally the forehead. Repeat on the other side of the face.
