Fogo de Chão: Brazilian Delight

Fogo de Chão is yet another reason for foodies in the UAE to salivate and get their taste buds excited.

The famous steakhouse Dubai’s branch is nestled within the maze that is Central Park Towers, the huge wooden doors swing open to reveal a sculpture of Antonio Caringi’s O Laçador- a historical monument in Porto Alegre, Brazil. It’s impressive, and it’s a sign of what’s to come next. The restaurant is expansive and feels pretty old school, featuring dark oak tables adorned with white cloths. There’s a big patio area for cooler months, centred around a water feature, and the views across the city are lovely.

We indulged in the finest signature cuts of fire-roasted meats; seasoned chicken, delicious steak and mouth-watering lamb, where it is carved generously at the tableside and absolutely tender, juicy and flavour-packed. However, at the Market Table could make a fine feast all on its own, laden with cured meats, smoked fish, cheese and salad.

At the renowned Fogo de Chão, traditional is key and is presented by their very own gaucho chefs as you sip on an especially concocted beverage of your choice.  Take your time and connect with friends and family while you get your belly ready for another serving.

Overseeing the beautiful skyline in the heart of Dubai’s sophisticated DIFC district, with the Burj Khalifa in the distance, Fogo de Chão really does show everyone how to enjoy the little things in life.
