Chef Tony Lo Coco will take over the Armani/Ristorante kitchen from 21-22 November 2018 to share his unique interpretation of traditional dishes infused with local ingredients and plenty of excitement, memories, and passion.

Chef Tony Lo Coco of Sicilian restaurant I Pupi, is a Palermo based self-taught chef whose restaurant boasts a Michelin star. Lo Coco makes a welcome return to Dubai as an honoured guest chef of the 10th annual Italian World Culinary Summit. In town for two nights only, he will take over the Armani/Ristorante kitchen from 21-22 November 2018 to share his unique interpretation of traditional dishes infused with local ingredients and plenty of excitement, memories, and passion.

Take a journey to the heartland of Sicily with recipes including Blue Fin Tuna Strips with Bottarga Sauce and Caramelised Bread, a reinvented Sicilian Chickpea Pancake, Lobster and Buckwheat Spaghetti Soup, Beef Tenderloin with Smoked Herring Sauce and Wild Goosefoot Herbs, and an assortment of lemon textured desserts.
