Leading luxury fashion retailer Boutique 1 announces the re-launch of its global e-commerce site, Boutique1.com. The new mobile-optimized site offers an enhanced online customer experience, with features such as same-day London delivery to complement the same-day delivery service in the UAE, and a click and collect service as well as enhanced design and editorial content.
The re-launch, that went live May the 15th 2017, which follows the opening last year of the brand’s debut London store on Sloane Street. Featuring the best designers on offer, such as ; Elie Saab, Erdem, Giambattista Valli, to Missoni, Oscar de la Renta and Peter Pilotto- meaning you can keep in-style, more importantly, easier and more conveniently with Boutique 1.
With customer service underpinning the Boutique 1 ethos, user experience is at the core of the new developments. The new Boutique 1 website continues to offer global shipping with the ability to shop in different currencies (£/US $/EUR/AED) while offering faster check-out: a seamless shopping experience between mobile device and desktop and a wish-list function, as well as many new features and enhancements throughout the customer journey.
Boutique 1 is pioneering a unique, new Omni-channel shopping proposition, fully syncing online and offline. Key features include the ability to click and collect from store within hours of placing an order, or the ability to reserve items online to try on in store.
Customers can also book online to arrange an appointment with the store’s personal styling team, or book a VIP fitting room. Express shipping in the UK is now free as is the case in the UAE, with free returns on all orders worldwide. The new website will feature a My Recommendations page where customers are presented curated fashion, tailored to their preferences. Last but not least, Boutique 1 brings its loyalty programme; B Loyal, fully up-to-date enabling customers to earn and redeem rewards credit across its global store network as well as online. Gift cards and store credit are now also redeemable interchangeably on and off line.
