Maison de Juliette, a charming and trendy café inspired by the beauty of Aix-en-Provence and the fast-paced buzz of Dubai, recently launched its flagship café at the newly opened waterfront destination, La Mer North, in Jumeirah Beach, Dubai.

Bringing Provençal charm to Dubai, Maison de Juliette portrays everything whimsical, creative, spirited, natural and bountiful. It is where guests will come to meet their friends, dine and revel in a space that’s artfully curated and a refreshing fusion of contemporary and vintage. “What we loved most about Provence, and what we felt Dubai was yet to discover from a café concept, was real, authentic and bursting-with-flavour French cuisine- the ‘from the farm to the table with a dose of Dubai panache’ concept. ‘Cuisine du soleil ‘which means cuisine of the sun, is our promise” says Jamal Chahine, owner of Maison de Juliette. “My personal passion for good food has found expression in all experiences at Maison”.

With the chef hailing from Paris, he brings an authentic touch to each dish he creates. Every artisanal bite of Maison de Juliette’s menu is Provençal by inspiration, and presented with a contemporary urban understanding of Dubai tastes and creative expectations.

Guests can indulge in Chef Specialities like the seafood bisque called L’Assiette de Fruits de Mer and the Croissant Perdu a twist on the famous French Toast, all-day breakfast items like the L’Omelette Saumon de la Maison (salmon omelette) and the eggs Benedict called La brioche aux Oeufs Pochés. Guests can also expect salads and sandwiches like Le Sandwich Steak Oignon and Le Toast Burratine along with soups like the Soupe à L’Oignon Gatinée, Juliette’s signature onion soup. Another show-stopper is their dessert offering, with the likes of the Instagrammable puff pastry, Le Mille-feuille aux Fruits Rouges and Les Macarons Fourées- a selection of dainty macarons.

The beverage menu is also well-crafted. Their Winter Drinks are perfect for the season, with the Chocolat à L’Ancienne made from thick valrhona chocolate and Hot Chocolate Americaine topped with cream that’s sure to warm every guest’s heart.

Crafted with passion, the interiors of the café have a gorgeous, yet subtle, feminine touch. There’s no denying the artistic nature of the brand with its turquoise wingback chairs, blush walls, copper light pendants and French ceiling.

“The question on everyone’s minds now is: Who is Juliette? And well, we prefer to let the mystery evolve soon,” adds Ralph Homer, CEO of Restaurant Secrets, the consultants behind the concept. “She’s certainly been our muse within creating a space that’s focused on eating, drinking, dreaming and creating. This is where anyone can find solace over a good cup of coffee, wholesome meal and indulgent dessert, at a location that welcomes creative energy.”

Maison de Juliette is located in Unit 33 of La Mer in Dubai and is open from 10.00am to 12.00am on Sundays to Thursdays and 08.00am to 1.00am on Fridays and Saturdays. For further details, you may call +97143855532 or visit www.maisondejuliette.com
