Tom Ford introduces THE TOM FORD ORCHID COLLECTION, a limited edition series of luxurious scents and cosmetics as an ode to the launch of his very first fragrance within the Tom Ford Beauty collection, the iconic TOM FORD BLACK ORCHID EAU DE PARFUM.

The Tom Ford Orchid Collection is a testament to Mr. Ford’s attraction to the unattainable. The collection is rooted in Tom Ford’s quest to create the perfect flower, the elusive Black Orchid.

The original scent, with its rich dark accords and alluring potion of black orchids and spice, is both modern and timeless. Key notes include a sensuous blend of Black Truffle and Ylang mingled with fresh Bergamot and delectable Black Currant. The custom-made Tom Ford Black Orchid is blended with dark, tempting Florals and rich Fruit Accords. A decadent Noir Gourmand Accord is balanced by Patchouli, Incense and Vetiver. Vanilla Tears add a fluid creaminess to warm Balsam and smooth Sandalwood.

The jet black bottle, with its Art Deco-inspired lines and bespoke details of the hand-tied cord, the Black Orchid bottle is quintessential Tom Ford and has laid the framework for his entire Signature franchise, which includes 14 fragrances to date, including Orchid Soleil EDP which debuted November 2016 and Velvet Orchid Lumière debuting February 2017.

To celebrate the centerpiece of the original collection, Tom Ford reintroduces the Black Orchid Perfume Lalique Edition, a limited edition pure black crystal perfume bottle created exclusively for Tom Ford by Lalique for the fragrance’s original debut in November 2006.

The Tom Ford Orchid Collection features Tom Ford Black Orchid Eau de Parfum, Perfume Lalique Edition, Eau de Toilette, Hydrating Emulsion, Perfume Atomizer, Solid Perfume, Nightbloom Powder and Lip Color as well as select Velvet Orchid editions. The collection will be available at Tom Ford Beauty counters from April 2017.
