The Royal Gala presented the celebrated famed Portuguese designer, Tony Miranda, with a fabulous VIP showcase of his new private collection: Tony Miranda Privé. The intimate event took place in the plush Venezia Lounge at the Palazzo Versace on May 2nd.

Sheikha Hend Al Qassimi, a true patroness of fashion and the arts in general hosted the evening’s chic affair, which were all VIP guests- including key business people, media, buyers and digital influencers. Sheikha Hend commented;

“Dubai, is one of the world’s fashion capitals, and rich hub of spending power, and such events like Tony’s reiterates the need.”

It’s worth noting Tony Miranda not only has an impressive list of clients, but an impressive portfolio of showcases, such as in; Portugal, Madrid, Paris, to Las Vegas and now Dubai.
His collection light up the lounge in true style, in what can be described as timeless elegance and classic chic: the collection was truly feminine at heart, yet had a fresh and fun appeal to it, thanks to its choice of colors. Warm reds, emerald green and bright yellows, were among the stand out colors, along with powder pink and classic blacks. Lace sleeves, pleats, intricate embroidery and statement trains ensured all eyes were on the models as they paraded in-front of the clients.

As the fashion show came to an end the finale was fabulous! Brand Ambassador Sara Bint Al Bader, who is the youngest horse rider in the UAE, made an appearance alongside Tony. However, another prominent figure who was in the showcase was TV and movie producer Zenofar Fathima.

The Royal Gala presents TMiranda Privé was a success; in its objective to the increasing demand in luxury private shows, exposing international designers to the rich, growing market.
