Keep your skincare products in the fridge.

Skincare products such as moisturiser and eye creams are used to hydrate and to help deflate puffy areas which is enhanced when applied cold- the cooling effect and helps to calm skin and reduce any inflammation, leaving you with revitalized skin and a delightfully refreshing sensation.

Don’t touch your face throughout the day.

Your hands collect a crazy amount of germs throughout the day and these can be transferred directly onto your face resulting in breakouts- it’s sometimes hard to remember, but if you want to maintain a clear complexion keep those fingers away from your face!

ALWAYS use an SPF
