Le Frenchy, the quintessential French restaurant and bar that has opened its doors today, in the Marina Byblos Hotel, promises to “bring a unique taste of France” to the area, and will be “offering up wholesome portions of affordable French home-cooking”.
The brand-new French restaurant and bar “Le Frenchy” is a place to experience the warm embrace of French hospitality, says the team behind it. “This is France when men had moustaches, Brigitte Bardot was the queen of the big screen, and food was something to be amazed by, from the first entrée to the last delicious morsel.”
The menu boasts traditional dishes such as escargots, côte de boeuf accompanied by ratatouille, truffle fries and a choice of sauce as well as pain perdu with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce.
The tables are Eiffel Tower-shaped, while there are mopeds in the entrance to get you in the Parisian vibe. The space fits 130 diners, and there’s a dedicated bar area, too.
There’s also a selection of French grape, and there’s set to be entertainment, too. From Acoustique Mondays to Le Hip-Hop Fridays, as well as a La French Party on Wednesdays, there’s certain to be something to take your fancy. Le Frenchy also has a daily happy our and plans are coming for a ladies’ night and weekend brunch.
“Guests can lose themselves to dance, sing to their heart’s content, or relax with friends and family,” adds the team. “There is something for everyone as the traditional flavours of French hospitality blend effortlessly with the contemporary rhythms of Dubai’s energetic nightlife.”
The concept comes from French restaurateur Kevin Sachy, who’s behind popular Casablanca eateries Le Trica and L’Atelier Thai.
Le Frenchy is Open daily 5pm-3am. Marina Byblos Hotel, Dubai Marina
