The number of start-ups in the UAE, is higher than any other country in the Middle Eastern region, and has had a growth rate of 98.3 per cent year-on-year.

Yes, definitely within the Professional services industry – this refers to a range of different occupations that provide support to businesses of all sizes and in all sectors, including services such as tax advice, accounting consultancy, or business consultancy. This is followed by technology (software sector) and then retail and consumer product sector.

The Need To Engage Organisation, Passion And Hard Work With Millennials
Millennials, most recently have taken key-lead within fashion industry; with it becoming more acceptable to work with millennials, should this be counter-acted within more industries and fields?
I would recommend the technology sector, particularly from the development side of it.
What is it that attracts us to millennials, in your opinion?
I think it’s because they drive the market from a spending point of view, they are always up to date with the latest trends across key markets and are always keen to try new things; that’s why retailers and sellers target millennials the most.
You talk about the need of passion and hard work, how relevant is this to self-confidence and belief?
It is extremely relevant in my opinion, especially because when one identifies their purpose in life, and is self-aware of their skills and strengths and has a vision of their goals, this will lead them to work towards it with passion, drive, commitment and determination.
